About Me

• I was a postdoctoral researcher at Facebook Oculus, Menlo Park. Before that, I finished my Ph.D. in the Computer Science Department at University of Florida, advised by Prof. Baba C. Vemuri. [Curriculum Vitae] [Google Scholar]
• My research interests lie in the area of machine learning, particularly in deep learning, differential geometry as well as their applications in computer vision and medical imaging.
• I received my Masters degree in Computer Science and Statistics from University of Florida. I also finished another Masters degree in Computer Science from Indian Statistical Institute. Before that, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
